INGREDIENTS FOR ROHU FISH

1. Frozen Fish Pieces (Fish Head) - ROHU  500 gms, you can take any fish but for curry ROHU nad KATLA is most preferable 
2. Onion - 2 big
3. Tomatoes - 3-4 big 
4. Turmeric powder - 2/3 tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
6. Salt - to taste
7. Mustard Oil - for frying&cooking
8. Coriander Powder - 3 tsp
9. Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
10. Bay leaf - 1
12. Black pepper seeds - 3-4 
13. Ginger&Garlic paste - 3 tsp
14. Coriander leaves  - to garnish 
15. Green Chillies - 3-4 
16. Water -1/1.5 cups small 


COOKING STEPS FOR ROHU FISH

1. Take ROHU frozen fish 500 gms before starting with the curry the most key step must be the "MARINATION", marinate the Frozen Fish with turmeric, salt, red chili powder, and keep it aside for half an hour at least.

2. After that heat, a pan with some mustard oil, fry the marinated fish for about 15 mins max flip each side after 2-3 mins

3. Take another pan or ok (Kadai) whichever you like to heat the mustard oil again 2 tbsp add bay leaf, ginger&garlic paste with some black pepper seeds stir it for 2 mins

4. Now add finely chopped onions which you have cut along with green chilies and cook onions until it turns golden brown 

5. When onions are done add finely chopped tomatoes into it and cook for 5-7 mins until the pasta is completely cooked or oil start releasing from corners.  

6. Add salt again, red chili powder, garam masala powder.

7. Now add fried fish pieces and mix well with the puree and add water into it let it cook for 10 mins cover with some lid.  

8. Your Recipe for Rohu Fish Curry is ready to serve garnish with some coriander leaves, serve with rice as it tastes best with it. :)
