Bonjour a`tous (Hello Everyone) in french – Why I used the French language to say hello to you all, well the answer is below. Well it’s absolutely true, that when it comes to dinner one of the top – Hunt on the internet is “CHICKEN” clearly no offense as it very adaptable everyone’s favorite and of course not much time-consuming.

Life is all about experiments so Why Not In Cooking?? experiments with Chicken everyone loves doing it we all have heard about some basic Chicken Recipes which includes normal baked or fried. Different styles for the same recipe can make food and ART before a necessity

What about if we add some veggies into it… Sound’s interesting right below is some not so usual Chicken Recipe and we call it CHICKEN MARENGO - Let me give you a quick history about this recipe!!
Some call it a myth some believe in that, this dish was prepared for the first time when Napoleon defeated the Austrian army in the Battle Of MARENGO a small village in the south of Italy after winning the battle, Napoleon was of course very hungry and ask the chef to prepare something quick the chef searched and discover Chicken with mushrooms, olives & parsley and prepared something very interesting.
Below I am sharing one of the Chicken Recipe from our site

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
• Mushrooms – 300 Grams
• Chicken Legs – 3 pieces (according to Number of Serves)
• Passata – 500 Grams
• Red Onions – 3
• Paprika – 2
• Lemon Juice - 3-4 Tsp
• Chicken Stock Cubes – 1 (according to Number of Serves)
• Black Olives - 100 Grams
• Parsley – Chopped (You can use Coriander Leaves also instead of Parsley )



STEPS

• Mix the lemon juice with the paprika and red onions in a large shallow dish.
• Spread on each side of chicken thigh three times, then turn them in the juice and set aside for 10 mins.
• Mix the marinade ingredients all together and pour over the chicken.
• Then you have to Cover & Freeze it for an Hour approx 
• Grill should be heated, lift all the Chicken Pieces onto a rack in your Baking Tray.
• Brush it with slight oil , grill for 8 mins each side
• When it is completely Roasted or toast, Enjoy it is Ready To Eat!!!
